Gift Certificates

• Limitations: Limit of 1 gift certificate per customer. Customers may purchase up to 1 additional gift certificate as a gift for someone else.
• Appointments: All appointments must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.
• Gift Certificate Pickup: Gift certificates will be available for pickup the next business day during normal office hours.
• Gift Certificate Mailing: If selected for mailing, gift certificates will be mailed within 1 business day upon receipt of the order.
• Restrictions on Offers: Gift certificates cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, or discount.
• No Cash Value: Gift certificates are not refundable for cash, in part or whole, and cannot be exchanged for cash value, except as required by law (California law allows cash refunds for gift certificates with a balance less than $10).
• Single Use: Gift certificates are valid for one use only and cannot be reused after redemption.
• Lost or Stolen Certificates: Gift certificates will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Please treat them as you would cash.
• Presentation of Certificate: The gift certificate must be presented at the time of service for redemption.
• Service Redemption: All services purchased with a gift certificate must be redeemed during a single visit by the same customer.
• Tax and Gratuity: Tax and gratuity are not included in the value of the gift certificate and must be covered separately.

General Terms

• Sales and Refunds: All sales are final. Products and services purchased from our website are non-refundable unless otherwise specified by law or under specific circumstances at our discretion. If an item is defective, it may be eligible for exchange.
• Order Fulfillment: We strive to process all orders promptly. Orders for gift certificates will be fulfilled within 1 business day, either for pickup or mailing, depending on the customer’s selection.
• Pricing Accuracy: We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the prices listed on our website. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at an incorrect price.
• Consumer Rights: In compliance with California law, customers have the right to a full refund if a service or product is not delivered as agreed. Additionally, for online transactions, customers in California have the right to cancel certain orders within a specified period as governed by California consumer protection laws.
