3. Do you accept walk-ins?

No, we do not accept walk-ins. All services are by appointment only to ensure personalized care for each client.

5. Can I purchase a gift certificate?

Yes! We offer gift certificates for all services. You can purchase them online or in person at our office. Gift certificates are available for pickup the next business day or can be mailed to you within 1 business day after purchase.

6. What are eyelash extensions?

Eyelash extensions are semi-permanent lashes applied individually to your natural lashes to enhance their length, volume, and curl. They provide a fuller, more defined lash line without the need for mascara or eyelash curlers.

7. How long do eyelash extensions last?

With proper care, eyelash extensions typically last between 4 to 6 weeks. We recommend scheduling touch-up appointments every 2 to 3 weeks to maintain fullness as your natural lashes go through their shedding cycle.

8. How should I care for my eyelash extensions?

• Avoid getting your lashes wet for the first 24 hours after application.
• Refrain from using oil-based makeup or skincare products near your eyes, as they can weaken the adhesive.
• Gently brush your lashes daily with a clean spoolie brush to keep them neat and prevent tangling.

9. Can I still wear mascara with eyelash extensions?

We do not recommend wearing mascara with eyelash extensions, as it can damage the extensions and shorten their lifespan. However, if you prefer to use mascara, please opt for a water-based formula and apply it only to the tips of your lashes.

10. Do eyelash extensions damage my natural lashes?

When applied correctly by a trained professional like Sharon, eyelash extensions do not damage your natural lashes. It’s important to follow proper care instructions and schedule regular fills to maintain healthy lashes.

11. What is lash lifting, and how is it different from extensions?

Lash lifting is a semi-permanent treatment that curls your natural lashes without the use of extensions. It gives the appearance of longer, fuller lashes and lasts for about 6 to 8 weeks. Lash lifts are a great option for those who prefer a more natural look.

12. What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, cash, and PayPal. Payments can be made online for gift certificates or in person for services.

13. What is your cancellation policy?

Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
